Our experience with Alenco was top notch. Every person we dealt with from sales to installers were polite and knowledgeable. We were having an addition added onto our house and needed new siding and all windows replaced. The installers were efficient and made sure to clean up the job site when finished. I would highly recommend Alenco and use them for all my future needs.

We could not have asked for better in the installation. Kyle and the rest of the team were amazing. They all went above and beyond on the installation. We really appreciate all of their hard work.

We got our front entry door replaced with ALENCO. We love our new door and the installers showed up on time and finished in one day!

Everything was great. I have no complaints. It was fabulous. They were clean, courteous and they respected my house.

The shower is great. The workmen were hard to deal with. One complained that the house was too hot. I turned the thermostat down, but the workmen duct-taped the bathroom heating vent closed. They also tore up the drywall outside the bathroom. Nobody has come by to fix it yet.

Would not purchase anything from this business. We signed up to have our bathroom shower redone. Paid our down payment, waited and waited. Called in multiple times but it felt like we were more of an inconvenience than a customer. Finally after enough time elapsed with no contact I called in to cancel. Had to call 5 times, talked to 5 different people. Requested to get our down payment back, they said the policy is not to give it but they would ask. 2 weeks went by, no contact. I called in again and was told sorry and that we forgot about it. They then refused to refund and of our down payment and quoted “its policy” at us. Essentially the service was poor, they stole a couple grand from us and didn’t really feel bad about it. Be careful who you choose to give your money too.

Complete rip off, Preying on elderly!!! Spoke with sales rep on 3/16/21 and ordered a handicap shower for an elderly resident. Total price $8429. Paid $2500 deposit that day. Install was supposed to be completed 10-12 weeks. Called to get a breakdown on pricing for taxes, wouldn't provide it. Was called to say product was in and schedule install returned call to schedule multiple times and couldn't get calls back. Waited over 6 months, no contact. They refused refund. So we have no handicap shower, and were out the $2500

This place is a fraud. They promise / guarantee one thing then don’t keep their promises. I purchased gutter covers a couple years ago and they guaranteed they wouldn’t clog, but if they did they’d come out and unclog them. I reached out to them yesterday and get a message today talking about $600 to fix it?! I called the unprofessional lady back and tried to explain I don’t need anything replaced, just unclogged as I was told they would do. She starts trying to argue with me and tells me about a laundry list of things I need to do to maintain the covers (more than I would have to do if I didn’t have the covers?!). She keeps cutting me off saying that’s how it is and something about #7 (I looked at my contract and there’s no #7). I would have NEVER gotten these covers if 1) they didn’t guarantee they wouldn’t clog and if they did they’d come unclog them. The covers cost significantly more than others so that’s the ONLY reason I paid the high costs for them. 2) They didn’t guarantee a life time warranty. This company is bait and switch! Buyer beware!

It was outstanding.

Anyone who has purchased Alenco Inc windows needs to see this: we purchased and had installed all of our windows in Jan 20. These windows were sold with the understanding that there is a lifetime warranty as stated by the salesman and on their own website. In April several were showing signs of failure. They tell us now that none of our windows have any type of warranty due to manufacturer going out of business. However, on their own website it states, "WE BACK OUR DURABLE PRODUCTS WITH OUR LIMITED LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY!" This is just wrong and fraudulent. Horrible experience. CELECT Sidi installed and after several months, the seams began to pop a come away at the joints. Contacted ALENCO for help and was told: "You're on your own. We don't represent them any more." We are 16 months out and still trying to get ALENCO to furnish info so the Siding Mfg can honor their warranty. ALENCO apparently has no qualms about not helping in any fashion. This was not an inexpensive project.

Joseph did the windows with a very close attention to detail and caucked the very few tiny openings and trimmed around windows. Siding looks fantastic a Cypress green, Matt and crew trimmed corners installed attic vents at each end of house as a bonus the gutters were replaced as well. Completed within 2 weeks siding is the big job, What is the best is all are energy star rated and thermal. I noticed immediately the air conditioner didn't have to work so hard and home inside temperature stayed at the setting of the thermostat.

Do not use this company for your replacement windows. They don't back their product , they don't honor the warranty and they don't keep their word. If there is an issue or a problem they will not respond to your calls. My husband and I have been calling and leaving messages several times a year for several years. If you have an issue with the quality of the installation or not getting the service or item promised by your salesperson or installer....YOU ARE ON YOU OWN! We finally received a return phone call from a manager who was rude and basically informed us that the warranty was out of date and the salesman was not longer with the company and there was absolutely nothing he was going to do to make it right. Interesting that they only responded to the phone calls "after the warranty" ran out. Oh they will make the repair, for money! There are too many choices out there for replacement windows. DO NOT CHOOSE ALENCO!

They were good.

The shower install went flawlessly. The contractor worked hard and it looks amazing. Then the second crew was all but professional. Excuses complaining about Alenco. Overall the remainder of work sloppy. The general manager tried to smooth things over but I have waited 6 months to write this review and I feel the job was not what we were sold

I purchased new storm windows around July 2013. Salesman said i have lifetime warranty. I called and talked to 3 different individuals to ask for help in resolving Leaking window problems. all said, "we'll forward your information" or "we'll call you back" i have not heard from anyone. I dont trust that they honour their warranty on products sold.

The installation was flawless. The installers were great. I can't say enough good about them.

The staff were very professional and the shower looks great. I'm very happy with their service

The representative was great! We have given them some money, but they have not done anything yet. The quality of the product remains to be seen. We are now waiting for the installation.
