"I reached out to Stay Dry Waterproofing for a quote on waterproofing my basement. They told me (as did other companies) that I needed to put a gutter system in my basement to alleviate pressure on the foundation and prevent future water damage. The sales team and inspector were very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt when answering my requests. I did not go with this company because the price to do the work was almost double what the other two companies quoted me. This is also why I am giving them a "C'" rating."

Took extra time due to myself wanting a special ordered trench drain to be used in front of the garage. We liked that they came out for a final inspection of the work that had been done and to see if we were happy with it before final payment to be made. We would hire again if needed. "I wish I had hired them first! I hired another company to fix my moving bowed and shearing basement walls. They were primarily a waterproofing company, but said they had the solutions to my issues. 3 months after they were complete, my walls cracked and shifted again. (Note, in the attached photos, the patchwork quilt on the walls was the OTHER company.) OBA fixed my issues the correct way. And they were great at every step. The work crew Caleb, Delontae, and Dylan were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Caleb made sure to explain what was happening as they did the work and ask if I had questions. The work was thorough, and I feel good about it. And even better, they'll be out in 6 months to ensure everything is working as it should and make adjustments if needed."
