"If I could give them zero or negative stars that would be more to the quality of the work they did for me. I contracted them to install 13 windows in a brand new patio door on my mobile home. Dan and his partner were the installers and initially I thought it was just some lack of attention to detail and poor quality in their workmanship but it turned out it was completely just negligent ********! Almost every window leaked cold air when it came time in the winter and after they had finished installing everything towards the end of November beginning of December. Missing caulk lines and having the use my own insulation and drywall because of the negligent job they did. They had to come in and recaulk around almost every window and or put insulation in but I ended up doing most of that myself. The worst was the opening they left on each corner of my patio door and a few other windows and with all the rain and snow I ended up with black mold and fungus growing inside at the base of the door"

"We wanted to replace couple windows at the house. We found universal windows direct, Almost a week ago they were supposed to install the new windows, but they brought the wrong size windows (way smaller than what we have now), long story short they want to install these smaller windows inside the old windows, some how retrofit the old windows and get these in. We were never told or explain this. We were expecting window replacement. Now we can not get a hold of them to see when or if they are bringing the right size windows. Oh yeah do not do fall for the loan deal with them, they charge you with the loan on day one, 8 weeks before they're supposed to deliver the windows. Now we have a loan and no windows. They took the money and the windows and ghosted us, been calling every day to talk to them for a solution and every time they are not available."

"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

"This company was excellent. After having several estimates, a co worker recommended Yoder and we decided to go with them. Jonas was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The windows are excellent quality and the price was more than fair!! We had all of our windows and our front door replaced with a higher quality product and for cheaper than several other estimates we received. They completed the project in less than one day and when they left the only way you would know they were there were our beautiful new windows. They did an excellent cleanup job. The crew was all very pleasant, respectful, and they even changed their workflow to get my son's room done first so he could nap. Check out these photos of how the aluminum conducts the cold air through as well as the windows causing it to freeze, yes frost on inside. Now in the day when worms up, there is literal puddles on our flooring, that we are wiping down daily to absorb all the moisture. This is with us having two dehumidifiers non stop on. I mean we live in Ohio, they claim you can use this all year round. What a joke ."
