They removed the old carpet, repaired the floor, moved the furniture, installed new carpet and cleaned up before moving on to the next room. When I saw them vacuuming the first room before starting on the second room I knew I would forever use this company for all future carpet installations. The added plus was that they were inexpensive too! Thanks again"

Blake came the same day I called, but after looking at the stains, he was up front and said that he could try, but was 99.9% sure that he would be unable to remove them. (I had been giving my dog turmeric chews for her arthritis and unfortunately, it caused permanent discoloration of the carpet fibers.) I trusted his judgement and chose not to have him bother trying. Although we are still left with the stains, I was very impressed with Blake's promptness and HONESTY!!! I expected to pay a fee for his time, but he didn't even charge me to look at the carpet. I asked for a few of his business cards and have already given one to a friend who needs carpet cleaning."

Although that means the carpet is wet a little longer than others, it is worth it as shampooing seems to do a little better. My basement carpet looked like it needed to be replaced due to the grime.
