However, in their rush they put a hole in the back of my house with the backhoe and it took them almost 6 months to repair and repaint the damage. "Overall, we are not convinced that this installation was worth the cost or disruption and the experience did not meet the expectations we had based on our conversations with the sales rep. While an interior waterproofing system made a lot of sense to address our issues, once work started, it was clear that our house already had an underdrain system in place, but the crew continued demolition and installation. As part of the work, Stay Dry required replacement of our one-year-old sump pump (and battery backup) with their system and charged extra for the battery backup. The crew worked quickly, but caused some unnecessary damage to our finished basement walls and the concrete finish was less smooth than expected. The third star is provided for the follow-up visit by their customer service team to clean up some of those shortcomings."
