At some point one of them walked behind my garage and dumped a bunch of concrete chunks that I had to clean up. Used my dog's water dish to do something with concrete. There was dried concrete in the bucket. Had to throw it away and buy a new one. Did not announce themselves when they arrived to start. I started hearing loud noises in the back to find them already working. "

Kevon and his two workers were excellent. All details on steps being taken were clearly explained. All carpeting was protected from the front door to the work area in the family room. All debris was removed from the job site. This was a big job that took two days to complete. Am following the recommended wait time and break in steps to be taken. It is comforting to know that we have a completely safe fireplace that is up to code. Looking forward on having Doctor Flue perform annual chimney sweeps during the off season.
