John, who leads the crew , calmly came up with some solutions,, one of which worked for me. The crew was great, helpful and polite. Iâ m happy with them and the results! We enjoyed getting to know Jon and Remy. Finished project looks great! Concrete takes alot of planning we found out. We had our driveway done in spring 2023. With the cold and wet to battle my driveway took about 7weeks top to bottom. Looking forward to future projects! Thanks!! (Make sure to ask when the wedding is)

I found out about Elements Outdoor Living from Angi as I was researching fair pricing for a concrete patio after several outrageous quotes from competitors. Remy designed the perfect deck and patio, and his project manager John, executed the plans to a T. When the winter weather sidelined our plans for a concrete patio, they suggested pavers as an alternative to keep the project moving. I was skeptical of the added cost, but when I saw the finished product, I was blown away! I was especially impressed with the robust design/construction of our deck it is small at 10x12, but mighty!!! I do not doubt that we will enjoy it for many years. We were so happy with the first project that we hired the Elements team to replace a large portion of our privacy fence and replace the retaining walls along our driveway. A+ all around!!!

The experience with this company and the team was good because they were professional and engaging. The company completed the project in a timely fashion. Remy came out personally to see and speak with us so that what was being requested would be done. We decided to have a concrete deck built and stamped and I am truly happy with the results.

When I met Remy I knew he was the man for this enormous project that I was taking on. Not just the feeling I got from sensing in our initial consult on what I felt to be his Industry experience, but I knew there was going to be complexities and engineering difficulties given the scale of the work and the intelligence he had to bring. The project is complete, itâ s wow factor would likely contend for a regional award or even possibly a national award. I wouldnâ t have done anything different and am glad I went with Elements Outdoor Living & Design. Not only did Remy complete the hardscape work, but he played GC on the job, communicating with 11 different contractors and even picking up the slack where they hacked stuff in. Remy is the best Hardscaper within hundreds of miles and it showed on my project. They quoted me a price on building a fire pit with a brick sitting area around the pit. They worked with me to find something to fit my budget. The crew did an outstanding job and the fire pit area looks outstanding. My wife loved it and we both could not say enough good things about Remy and his crew. I will use them again for other projects and would highly recommend them.

the idea they had for our steps and walkway was great! it turned out wonderful. It matches the house perfectly. they saved us a lot of money and even gave us a $250 discount for paying in cash. And on top of it all gave front steps from our porch for free.

This is the worst company ever to work for us. EVER! FOUR MONTHS later. And the work is not done. The sidewalk floods because its below grade. Sprinkler system is not repaired after they broke it. We have spent $ 1000 in other repairs from their negligent behavior. Never hire this company. Take the owner s name down. I m sure he will close this company and he will re-surface somewhere else to try to hide his poor reputation.

"Cannot start a project in the rain and mud. There is no grass in the backyard and only mud from the non-stop rain. As I type this it is raining and we have already had 113 days of rain this year so it is not our fault for any delays."

Took forever for them to get started, did not do everything that was on the contract, left the yard a mess, and he is impossible to get ahold of until he wants his money

"It took forever to get started because it has rained a record amount of days this Spring according to the national weather service. So it is ALL contractors that are miserably behind. In regards to the yard being a mess that is untrue. We have photos of a completely cleaned up yard once complete. The street is the only area we had to clean and that took days because it rained constantly. Concrete looks perfect and photos to prove it."
