"Thank you for the kind review. As discussed earlier to seal the patio will only cost $2 million which is a great price! Jk it will only be $1 million lol"
"Excellent customer and was so particular on height and spacing I was concerned. Turns out we hit every measurement per his request! Eric is one smart cookie so to get 5 stars is amazing"
"Means a lot coming from the VP of the largest roofing company in the country! If you need a roof call Erie Construction. The best client I?ve worked with in years and man what a genius. I?ll be by soon to play with the kids!"
"Thank you! Yes renovation are a complete nightmare but we pulled it off. You were a tough client because you expect perfection! I am happy we delivered. As usual any touch ups or warranty claims are 100% free even after 18 months."
"Thank you, Jahnine! My biggest challenge was to not destroy your yard and it worked! Fun design to do and I appreciate you trusting me with the color selection. Omg your house was so hard to blend with but we did it together!"
"Roy was awesome to work for. He did not take any excuses and if you said you would be there you better. I am so happy he is happy with my construction. Really great guy!"
"Thank you for the great review. You and Pat are very kind and enjoyed are chats! We take a group motorcycle trip one day!"
"School teachers rule! Your project was a bit tough but I made sure nothing was destroyed or needed to be replaced due to poor preparation. The wall is 100% solid and of course if ever any issues please text me."
"COVID-19 project omg. It went well and fast all while you were stuck inside your home. Both of you were very kind and I honestly appreciated the great review."
"Mark you were an easy going customer and your review is much appreciated. Enjoy the new backyard this summer my friend."
"Thank you for the kind review. If you ever have an issue please notify me. Ignore the warranty in the contract as I tell all clients. I will do touch-ups as needed years down the road"
"Think you for the great review. I pray all is well and your goals with the house have been met."
"Cannot start a project in the rain and mud. There is no grass in the backyard and only mud from the non-stop rain. As I type this it is raining and we have already had 113 days of rain this year so it is not our fault for any delays."
"It took forever to get started because it has rained a record amount of days this Spring according to the national weather service. So it is ALL contractors that are miserably behind. In regards to the yard being a mess that is untrue. We have photos of a completely cleaned up yard once complete. The street is the only area we had to clean and that took days because it rained constantly. Concrete looks perfect and photos to prove it."
