For another rental, he removed the ceramic tile in the bathroom and added new luxury vinyl tile. Additionally, he added a floor transition in my master bath. He is very professional, takes the time to discuss different flooring options with the customer, and completed the project in a timely manner. I felt he was reasonably priced also.
