The Tile Shop

We had the best experience at the Tile Shop last week. Danielle Kinsinger was great to work with. She was very attentive, listened to what we were looking for, then helped us find the perfect flooring for our project. Danielle was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with ease. She helped us determine which material would work the best for our basement and no question was too silly for her. The selection at the store was also great- so many styles and items to choose from. We will definitely return to The Tile Shop for all of our future tile and laminate needs.

They were professional and courteous.

The First order that came in was not the correct color. The tile was re-ordered, but they wanted me to select a different size tile because it's what they had. The order (supposedly) came in a week later and I was told it was damaged. I never saw the tile. Three weeks later the company promised the order would be ready for the contractor I scheduled to install. Nothing arrived. The contractor was furious that the tile was not ready. I was caught in the middle of a bad tile supplier and a very upset contractor. "The Tile Shop" company had been given three chances to make good and couldn't deliver. I cannot recommend them to anyone. "The Tile Shop" turns out to be owned by "The Color Tile Warehouse Co." Their products are mostly from China, and are misrepresented. (e.g. I was told that Travertine was Marble)
