"We have a kitchen and dining room, living room, and several hallways that laminate flooring was put down. We are very pleased with the company that we pick which is footprints. The installers were very professional and the cleanup was great. I recommend this company. If you have any type of flooring issues , I highly recommend footprints"

"Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"

"I was having trouble finding the right company to refinish/restore my vintage Heart Pine Floor - but glad I found AA & H Flooring. It was amazing how thorough Ethel was when she reviewed the possibility of doing the job when she came to the house to provide an estimate. Her team of floor sanders and refinishers were meticulous. If I were to give them a grade of an A or A-plus, I would give them an A-plus-plus! They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to other people looking to have an old hardwood floor refinished!"

Hi, my name is Riley. I’m 22 years old and working hard to build my path as a general contractor. I take pride in honest work, reliability, and doing every job the right way. "We wanted to finish the lower level of our tri-level, including vinyl flooring in a large laundry room, wide hallway area, and a bathroom; and carpeting in a large family room.  Salesperson Tim got an idea of the level of quality, style and price point we were looking for.  He was able to provide a very large "remnant" of beautiful, quality vinyl flooring at a very, verrrrrry good price.  The installation of that took all day by one man.  He did a wonderful job prepping the floor and and took meticulous care with the installation.
The price of the medium-high quality carpeting/pad/installation we chose was good, better than two other popular/highly-rated stores we checked out.  I think the price of the carpet/pad was a bit higher than elsewhere, but the installation was less expensive.  Or was it the other way around?  Whatever...overall, it was better than others'.  The two-man installation crew took just a half day to remove a large piece of non-wall-to-wall carpeting we threw down 22 years ago and to install the padding/carpeting.  Plus, they took the old carpet with them!
Everything looks beautiful.  The only hiccup we encountered was that when the carpet installation date rolled around, we weren't told until we called that morning that the carpet hadn't come in.  Had to re-schedule for a week later.  Hence, the "B" rating for punctuality.  Otherwise, they showed up when they said they would.
Overall, we are very pleased and would indeed do business with them again.

"The floors ended up looking much better than what we expected. Joe was always quick to respond to questions (will even text if you prefer). Don't know if you'll find anyone else who has as much passion for wood flooring. Price was very reasonable too."

"Fast and diligent work, these guys are pros! No shortcuts, very professional, I'm definitely calling them again for any of our carpet needs."
