Basic payment schedule is as follows: 10% upon acceptance, 50% at start of project, balance upon completion. Financing available. Ask about our Angie's list discount. Additional DBA - ACR Advanced Concrete Restoration.

"The project went very well. Everything was installed as promised, with the ACR team making suggestions along the way to improve the overall look and function. They even tied the new drainage components into the existing drainage system from the house, saving us a lot of money. Frank, the owner, was in constant communication with us, proactively updating my wife and I on the status of the project."

We are a concrete company that has 3 plus employees. All labor and materials are included in all prices. Payment to be made upon completion and approval of job in full. We offer senior discounts, fully insured and bonded.

"We just had our 900’ long driveway completed. The Fugate team does excellent work. It was a big project that took five days to complete at about 200’ per day with a crew of six or seven long term employees with a lot of experience. They worked very well together as a team. Set the forms the day before, concrete arrived early the next morning, they placed and finished that days concrete, and set the next day’s forms. We would not hesitate to recommend."

Decorative Concrete questions, answered by experts

If you don’t put gravel under concrete, the concrete can crack, sink, bow, or crumble. Even the concrete forming process will not go as smoothly if you are working directly on the soil or bare bedrock. The lack of a proper gravel layer can also lead to drainage issues below your slab, leading to water issues throughout your lawn and around your foundation.

Asphalt is not a type of concrete. While both are a common type of pavement, asphalt is composed of aggregates (like sand and gravel) and bitumen; concrete is a mixture of cement, aggregates, and water. Here are some of the key differences between asphalt and concrete driveways.

Concrete houses will last for between 75 and 150 years, depending on the environmental factors in your area. Unlike lumber in stick-built houses, concrete doesn’t rot, and it’s more resistant to wildfires and earthquake damage, so you’ll almost always get a longer lifespan from a concrete house than you would a traditionally framed one.

When comparing fence post foam versus concrete, concrete is considered more durable and stronger. Concrete is a stronger material that can handle larger amounts of weight, making it a good choice for load-bearing posts. For posts on smaller fences or fences made with lighter materials, like vinyl or wire mesh, post foam is a good choice.

Yes, concrete changes color while curing, moving from a dark shade when wet to a lighter shade once dry and fully cured. Wait at least 10 days after pouring the concrete to gauge the color of the final concrete. If the concrete remains dark or discolored after that period, reach out to your concrete contractor with questions.
