"The owner needed to explain what I had purchased.  I understood the explanation and believed that I was still receiving value for my money.  The offer said 30 windows but it was explained that it meant 30 panes and that if I had stationary mutton bars a double hung window would use up to 18 of my 30 "windows".  Fortunately this was not the case for me and  for an additional $35 (above the original $99 offer) I had all but 3 of my extgerior panes washed.

"Cleaning Genie has been cleaning our home for quite some time. Approximately two years ago one of the two woman cleaning left and that's when the quality of cleaning started to decline. They would dust around objects, dust the perimeter of a table and not the center, obvious things would be missed and most recently they stopped mopping the tile floors.
