"There was, as I said, confusion about the franchise area. I had called and gotten a quote from Todd's outfit and didn't want to change to someone else just because of a boundry issue. Fortunately, they worked it out. Todd and another fella arrived as promised, checked out the problem and got right to work. They tightened a fitting that my brother swore he had checked repeatedly, installed two shut off valves and cleared two drains. One drain, in the bathroom, apparently leads to improperly installed pipes. The quote to repair was well beyond what I can afford right now. I'll deal with it. They did a great job on everything, explaining as they went. Because there were two of them, the work was completed quickly."

"This company has a $25 dollar off coupon available through the mail, so my cost was only $150. They were very through and professional. Even though they sell repair in 2-hour blocks, they had to come back to finish a job and did not charge extra. Everything was superfly fixed but the squeaky floors. They admitted up front it is hit and miss with those repairs. Sometimes they cant find and fix them. They even left some of the stain used on the base boards and banister for other scratches on doors and matching woodwork in the house. I was very pleased and would unquestionably use them again for repairs and refer them to friends. I was so impressed I passed on the Case name to the Realtor who is selling my house. Case is bonded and insured and want to be sure you are satisfied. They followed up the work with a thank you note in the mail for my business, and asked me to complete a survey on satisfaction.
