"Very happy finding Dustin, took awesome care of us. We had him repair our water damaged bathroom ceiling and it turn out great! Very prompt and made sure we were happy with the final product. He provided recommendations for options to make the repairs, provided an estimate that was spot on, and even started the job the same day. And if that is not enough, he did so on New Years day. I really appreciate his confidence and expertise, made me know he was going to do a good job and I was not disappointed. Fantastic communication and very responsive. "Initiall call returned in one day and service was completed as promised. crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.
UPDATE-6/6/15:
We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"They fixed the heater, and it broke again a couple of months later. The price was $600 the first time. This time, I got a home warranty. They were prompt. They came quickly to fix it the same day, which was good. I don’t know if it was their fault, but the heater broke."
