"It went very well! Tim came to the apartment and looked at the issue. He told me that he will place the order for the new and more efficient unit than the old boiler and install asap. Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"

They were instantly responsive, professional, and extremely kind. Our home flooded unexpectedly and we needed to be into our home immediately due to a baby on the way. Holdon was able to make changes within his personal schedule in order to accommodate to our needs. The cleaning process was quick, removal of items was quick and the mold remediation was amazing. Everything looked brand new. Our house became wet again (due to another company’s mistakes for duct work) so I called Holdon for advice.
