I would never pay anyone to clean the outside an leave the inside. That's called half-*****. I was yelled at for telling him my reasons for firing him. I guess he was having a bad day. Then proceeded to tell me they could go rent a real snake and do the job for 5 times the quoted price bring it to over 500 dollars. They took my money and ran. Told me to call a bigger company like Roto Rooter that has the proper equipment to do the job. But only after a failed attempt with improper tools for the job. No discount or refund. Definitely wasted my time and money. I would never use them for anything again. Dissatisfied customer."
