Like my experience with Cincinnati Gutter boys, the service, professionalism, and job quality was outstanding. Even our general contractor's finish carpenter commented on what a great job they did and in my experience, contractors rarely praise someone else's work. "Brock did a great job and was very thorough. They put in a drywell for drainage to get water away from our building, and added a rock bed. They removed ground ivy and leveled everything. They also added a drain pipe to move water from the roof drains away from the building because the previous drain was obstructed by tree roots. They also repaired some erosion under the sidewalk that was created by the roof drains not draining properly. Everything was completed in a timely manner and communication was excellent. I would use Marshall Home Improvement for future projects for sure."

"Rick was on time and very professional. I had completed some of the demolition previously because if it had only been a surface issue I could have fixed but the damage went into the structure. Rick came out and gave me an estimate and went through the details of what he expects to see, how to repair, and possible worst case scenarios. We scheduled the repair and all went as expected. the repair consisted of replacing a portion of the Rim Joist, flashing, and trim. He left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived.
