I was looking for a competitive quote and instead I was advised to proceed with correcting the drywall since the crawlspace was nowhere to what I was previously told. He stated 2 of the 3 items quoted were completely unnecessary and they wouldn't charge near the same price if we needed work in the future for jacks/piers. Let's hope that's not needed but if so I will be calling them back. They even provided a contractor for the drywall that beat the previous prices I was quoted."
