Provided an estimate 48 hours after I called. Came on time, explained everything, upgraded fresh-air supply, charged exactly what was estimated. Minor adjustment needed a few days later; the came and took care of it right away. Really great installers and technicians.

I called the company and they said shut off the gas. This was April 12. The said it would be May before a tech co u l check it out. So what do you think- you pay 13 grand to prote c t you from power outages but when it is faulty you are at the mercy of what appears to be a lack of technicians and VERY poor service. Its April 29 and havent heard back from them. The say they will call back and dont. Recommend you stay away frpm thi compNy!"
