They arrived right on time. They were courteous and professional. Gave me a quick estimate, which I believe was fair. Upon agreeing to their price, they asked me what settings I wanted on the outdoor sensor lights they were about to install and explained what each did. They were done, I'd say in less then 25 minutes. The lights look great and work great! For any electrical needs, I'll continue to use Cousino Electric!

It was done in two visits. First was the troubleshooting of outlets. I agreed to the $127 troubleshooting fee which it only took about 5-10 minutes to fix problem. It was a bit high but I agreed to it before I seen how long it took (to be fair, they also didn’t know how long it would take). They then quoted me $485 to run a new 20 amp outlet from my panel to my sunroom, to be done at a later date. I had thought it would be done in the same visit but it didn’t bother me to reschedule. I felt the price was fair to run the extra line so no complaints there. As for punctuality, they were about 5-10 minutes late which again wasn’t a big deal for me. I knew I was the first appointment of the day and that they were coming from Toledo. I can only give an excellent if they were here by the time stated but there was no issues on my end with the time they arrived. The electricians (2) they sent out were very professional and had excellent workmanship. I would definitely use them again in the future.

On the first job Jake and Justin installed a new 50 amp sub panel in our garage then ran new feed underground. They went over and above our expectations to complete the job. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was extremely hot that day and we know the conditions couldn't have been worse to do this job. Needless to say they got our electric back up and running in the garage/work room. We were so pleased we hired Cousino Electric again to install new light sockets and plugs in our garage. Andy and Jay also were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Both crews cleaned up after themselves (a very big plus in my opinion) and explained what they had done when they were completed with the job. From the original call to the end of the job we couldn't be happier. The telephone was answered and an appointment was immediately set up! Thanks Cousino Electric - we will refer you to our friends and family!

Need Lucas county inspection done Hired company to do some electrical work. I tried to contact contractor for two days after work was Completed to talk to him about final inspection to be done by Lucas county. Inspector shows up at property with no warning and says he won't do inspection until plumbing electrical and structural is all completed. We got final bill from Cusino's electric and we refused to pay until final inspection is done. He has threatened us with lien and attorney we want him to do the final inspection on HIS WORK. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS U CAN GET. WE HAVE CURRENTLY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND HAVE GOTTEN OUR ATTONEY INVOLVED. Stop and ask yourself. I could be wrong but why would I take the time to post a review and if I’m right about my complaint do you really want an experience with a contractor like we have had I’m sure u will hear a reply based on past reviews that I have read on the internet that is a bad review they never except any responsibility everyone is wrong except for them

"Completely false. [Member Name Removed] from B@B flips have been issued documents/stop work orders/failure to apply for proper permits on at least 3 different projects for doing work without proper permits. We completed our work In July we had our inspection with Lucas County of the work that we performed (07/19/18) We also notified Lucas County of other electrical work being done to the property by unlicensed people. We were done and did not wish to do business with them any longer. Lucas County came out verified our information and issued documentation to [Member Name Removed] from B@B flips that they did not have the proper permits for the scope of work that was done at this property. We have a legal obligation to file mechanics liens in a certain amount of time on delinquent paying customers like [Member Name Removed]. We notified [Member Name Removed] today (08/23/18) that we would be filing a mechanics lien, and moving forward to collect money owed to our company. After receiving the notice, [Member Name Removed] decided to post this false review on several sites. Any questions regarding the reputation and history of [Member Name Removed] from B&B flips can be directed to Lucas County Building Regualtions (419) 213-2990 or the City of Toledo (419) 245-1220."

The two electrical technicians that installed our porch fan did a fantastic job. They demonstrated their technical knowledge and expertise when they were able to come up with viable ways to correctly and safely install our fan on our porch ceiling. They were very professional and courteous throughout the entire installation process. I will definitely call on them again to install lighting in our attic. Great! They were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Made sure that we were happy with the positioning of the spots on the patio and lawn. We used the option to have them select the fixture so it is warranted should anything go wrong or need adjusting.
