Since my house had settled from the original build (14 yrs ago), modification was necessary. Josh took his time, was fully prepared, and I have to admit, it's the best working door at my house! "These guys were great!! We had a delivery of a massive new front, all in one piece, very heavy. They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
