"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I called Above and Beyond Construction to have them come and provide a quote to repair a leak in our roof that appeared after hurricane Sandy.  We set a time and date with them to do the quote.  Upon arrival and inspection of the inside of the house, they went up on the roof and inspected it and made repairs to the roof.  Not only did they repair where the leak was, but also walked the entire front side of the house repairing other minor damage.  Upon asking how much I owed them, they charged me absolutely nothing.  This day and age, you would never expect this from anybody, especially they way the economy is and this is how they make a living.  Above and Beyond Construction will be the first company I call next time for roof repairs.  Thanks for the outstanding service Above and Beyond....the name says it all.
