However he admitted he was new to the company and industry and after looking at the fireplace and woodburning stove informed me that he was not familiar with the two systems and could not do the work. He took pictures and told me his boss- the company owner- would call me the following week to set a time for a more experienced person to do the work. They never called. I called twice and left messages that were not returned. I appreciate the fact the tech did not try and do the job he was not comfortable with and mess something up. However very disappointed they did not call back or at least return my calls. I guess they were not interested since it was a more challenging job."

I explained to Justin that I would like for the job to be completed in three stages. He gave an estimate and prioritized the jobs. He completed the after he swept the chimney. They cleaned up the fireplace and the area rug very nicely. The estimate was very reasonable."

He just cleaned a little bit right around the fireplace and the immediate opening. He didn't do the entire chimney. He wasn't going to charge me anything so I gave him a tip for what he did do."
