He did not do the complete assessment since he didn?t have his service truck, but he was able to diagnose the problem and did not charge me for that visit. Since the next day was Saturday, we set up a time for Monday. On Monday, Greg called and said he could come a bit earlier if that worked for me. So, today the motor was replaced in about 30 minutes.
