It went well. It was done quickly and the staff was friendly.

No complaints here. They even pick up and deliver at my work place. So convenient since I seem to be there more than I am home.

Absolutely phenomenal company. I had not taken my dress to be cleaned because I was worried it would be ruined until I found Bart's and decided to go ahead. I had asked a different cleaner how much to clean and box the wedding dress, they told me $150 but I didn't go with them because I didn't get the "warm fuzzies" when I was talking to them. Bart's charged $115 for the cleaning and boxing of the dress and did a beautiful job getting out grass stains that had set for 1.5 years. The Angie's List reviews were right on the money and courteous friendly service and great job. Bart went out of his way to come pick up and deliver my items even though I am a little bit out of their normal pickup and delivery area. The baptism dress was soiled although I thought it had been put away clean when it was used 2 years ago, they got it out. They also repaired a small tear in the seam, all for only $12.50. I would highly recommend this company for any cleaning of precious or delicate items. Fabulous!

Both clerks (drop off and pick up) were friendly. Order was ready when promised. There were no difficult stains to handle, but the items did seem to be "fresher" than when I had them done at another cleaner.

Dropped clothes off and they were finished when promised. The stains were out of the knit top (that another company had not been able to remove). I called to have delivery service for their return and the clothes were delivered the same day.

Bart's is fantastic. They cleaned a black jacket that was heavily covered in white cat hair (another dry cleaner would not even touch it). They got all the hair off. A few days later, I brought in a long black dress coat that another dry cleaner had promised to clean and remove the cat hair from. I was very frustrated because the other cleaner had tried twice to remove the cat hair and did not remove it all (plus they would not give me any discount or refund, even though they told me they could remove it). I shared my story with the clerk at Bart's. Bart's not only cleaned the cat hair off the coat, they did it in only a couple hours, AND they did it at NO CHARGE! Now that is what I call customer service. Bart's has earned a customer for life with that simple act of kindness. I will gladly recommend them to anyone in my area!

Bart's did a great job of removing stains on my clothing, including one stain that several other dry cleaners had failed to get out before. I was very satisfied with their work, though I did find their prices to be a little high.

When I dropped off the suit, I gave them my name at the register, and they asked if I was my former roommate. The employee said she fixed my name in the system. They gave me a 2 day turn around time. They didn't tell me a price. It has been several years since I have had anything dry-cleaned, so when I looked at the tag later that night and saw $10 it seemed high. Then when I saw my former roommate's name on the tag, I wondered what kind of a business I had left my suit with. My boyfriend went the following week to pick up my suit as I was on a business trip, and they couldn't find my suit because it was under the wrong name. They eventually found it after several go rounds that I was not my roommate. I would only use them again because they are close.

Bart's was able to remove all of the stains on my various items, which was great. Plus, I appreciated that my clothes did not have a chemical smell to them. The woman who took my order was very pleasant and friendly. Bart's also offers free pick-up and drop-off service, which I wasn't aware of when I dropped off my items. I'll be sure to take advantage of this handy perk in the future.

A few day turnaround, but great overall service.

Wonderful. The stain is gone, and although he warned me that the fabric would be lighter in the area cleaned, it's pretty close to invisible, at least to my eyes. A great job, AND at no charge, even though I would happily have paid to have the stain removed. I could not be more pleased, and I highly recommend Bart's Cleaners.

I started to use this place recently so I don't have enough experience to make comments. The owner and one of the employees were personable. Last time the men's winter jackets came back on good hangers so we didn't have to rehang them for storage -- very convenient.

The service was outstanding. Efforts to remove the stains ourselves and by another dry cleaner had failed. Bart's managed to remove all stains. The work was completed on time, and the experience was pleasant. We heartily recommend Bart's for quality service at a reasonable price.

They are very friendly. They are also very punctual and professional. I've been going there for 5 or 6 years, and they always do a good job.

I TOOK THE SUIT TO PIERCE CLEANERS FOR QUICK CLEANING IN TIME FOR A FUNERAL. THEY COULDN'T DO IT AND RECOMMENDED BART'S. BART'S WAS GREAT, HAD THE SUIT DONE QUICKLY AS PROMISED FOR A VERY REASONABLE FEE. THEY KNEW I WASN'T LIKELY TO BECOME A REGULAR CUSTOMER (I TOLD THEM PIERCE HAD SENT ME) YET THEY TREATED ME LIKE GOLD ANYWAY.

$1.25 PER SHIRT. WHEN WE STARTED SERVICE, COMPANY OFFERED FREE PICKUP AND DELIVERY TWICE A WEEK. SERVICE HAS BEEN REDUCED TO ONE FREE PICKUP AND DELIVERY A WEEK. CONSISTENT GOOD SERVICE, AND OFFERS LIGHT STARCH - WHICH IS NICE.

MY CLEANING WAS READY FOR ME WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE FRIDAY AFTERNOON. THE AFGHAN SMELLS GOOD, THERE IS NO OBVIOUS "DRY CLEANER" SMELL ABOUT IT OR ANYTHING ELSE I HAD CLEANED. THE VEST LOOKS GREAT! LIKEWISE THE PARKA AND THE DRESSY WOOL COAT. THE COUNTER STAFF WAS POLITE AND RESPONSIVE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB GETTING ALL THE STAINS OUT, THAT WERE TWO YEARS OLD. THE ONLY ISSUE IS THAT IT WAS NOT DONE WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE.

WE MOVED HERE TWO MONTHS AGO, WANTING TO REPLACE THE WONDERFUL DELIVERY DRY CLEANERS WE USED AT OUR OLD RESIDENCE, AND BART'S COULDN'T BE BETTER. THEY HAVE PROVIDED OUTSTANDING SERVICE SO FAR, AT REASONABLE PRICES. THE PEOPLE AT BART'S ARE VERY FRIENDLY. WE LOVED OUR SERVICE BEFORE AND DIDN'T THINK WE WOULD BE ABLE TO FIND A COMPARABLE COMPANY IN COLUMBUS, BUT WE ARE REALLY THRILLED TO HAVE FOUND BART'S.

THE CLOTHING WAS FINISHED AT THE TIME HE PROMISED, AND DONE SO WELL YOU COULD ALMOST ''FEEL AND SEE THE DIFFERENCE'' IN THE FINISHED GARMENT. BRAVO TO BART'S FOR BEING SO COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY FOUND THE TIME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY TO HELP US.

I CHOSE TO CALL BASED ON POSITIVE COMMENTS FROM OTHER ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS. BUT WHEN I CALLED, THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED DIDN'T KNOW THE PRICES FOR THE SERVICES I HAD REQUESTED. WHICH WERE PRESS ONLY SHIRTS AND A DOWN COMFORTER. HE SAID I COULD TRY AND CALL BACK LATER BUT DIDN'T OFFER TO HAVE ANYONE CALL ME.

THE DRY CLEANERS DID A GOOD JOB. THE PRICE IS REASONABLE. HOWEVER THEY NEED TO IMPROVE IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS.

THE COMPANY IS THE VERY BEST FOR STAINS. THEY EVEN MANAGED TO GET AN OIL STAIN OUT FROM A SUEDE COAT. THEY ARE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, THEY FIX IT IMMEDIATELY! THEY CALL TO EXPLAIN IF THEY HAVE SOME DIFFICULTY WITH AN ITEM. THE SUEDE COAT TOOK LONGER THAN THEY ESTIMATED, BUT IT WAS A BAD STAIN. WE GO THERE WEEKLY NOW.

THEY ARE REALLY RESPONSIVE IN EVERY SITUATION AND GOOD TO DEAL WITH.

I TRIED BARTS CLEANERS BECAUSE OF LOCATION, (IT IS VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME), AND ALSO BECAUSE I AM FED UP WITH THE LACK OF QUALITY AND PRICEYNESS OF MOST DRY CLEANERS. BARTS CLEANERS WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN! THEY DO AN EXCELLENT DRY CLEANING JOB EVERY TIME. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT 7 MONTHS NOW, AND HAVE ABOUT $40 PER MONTH OF DRY CLEANING. THEIR STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND ATTENTIVE, BESIDES BEING VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DO A GREAT JOB!
