Cleaned a very expensive dress with label that said do not dry clean - was perfect job and got juice stain down the front out! Wonderful result! Dress looked like new.

Barts consistently does a great job with the dry cleaning we have brought them over the last 3 years.

The down jacket had never been cleaned before - it needed cleaning very badly and they did a great job with it.
The sweaters were clean and soft and were in great shape.
The items I brought in belonged to two different people, and when I picked them up the items were separated correctly and a separate dry cleaning bag was around each grouping, though I had not asked them to do this.  What great service!

I love using BARTS because of the convenient delivery service. My life is hectic with kids and both adults in the household working full time. We use dry cleaning about once a month or every other month. I love that I can call BARTS to pick up my items and they deliver them back within a week. Clothes come back looking great - especially if I remember to leave special instructions. 
The downside is a bit higher price and no coupons. Also, most of the employees aren't authorized to make decisions, so if you have any questions/complaints you need to call or come in during hours when the owner is there, which isn't always convenient for my schedule.

I found Bart's cleaners on Angies list. They did a great job and I will use them in the future.

I really like that he will deliver and pick up orders. He also makes sure that he puts the correct amount of starch in you clothes. He makes sure that he doesn't over starch as well.  The staff is very personable and I think that they are the best in Columbus.

I dropped some items off for cleaning and put them under my husband's name. We were in the process of moving to the other side of town but my husband stopped to pick up our clothing. They let him take his items but he was not allowed to leave with mine (though under the same name). I returned after several weeks when I was back in the area. I was given my item along with another item that was not mine. I explained this to the individuals working and they seemed surprised and placed the other item back. There was no ticket on my item so they asked if I was already charged. I honestly answered that I had not paid. I waited approximately 15 minutes while attempts were made to reach the owner for pricing. I finally provided the price which I believe I was quoted at drop off and asked that they run my credit card for that amount. I wrote down all contact information and was told that I'd get a call to let me know if that was correct or if I owed additional funds. No phone call was ever recieved.

They were inexpensive and quick.

My daughter managed to leave an unopened Snickers ice cream bar (How does that happen?!) on a brand new, VERY expensive dress while I was away for the weekend.  It leaked all over my dress, leaving globs of stickiness.

I got them from Angie's List. I am pleased with their services. I think that their price is reasonable compared to others. It is run by a local person, and I get the feeling that I am working with individuals and not a big company. It is one of the best quality that I have found locally.

They are wonderful. They do all my dry cleaning, so the average is probably about $20 or $30. They are punctual. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

I had a heavy large fuzzy coat that was lost for about 10 years and ended up extremely dirty and stained.  It now looks brand new. Bart's did a wonderful job and had it ready when promised.  I am very happy with the service. I originally found them by searching Angie's list.

I have used various dry cleaners all my life.  NONE has done the thorough, customer friendly, cost-effective, and totally great job as Bart's.  They are simply the best of the best.  They have my clothes when they say they will have them ready.  They repair ANYTHING I bring in.  They will do "hurry up service" if I need it.  There is NOTHING they will not do! they are professional and fabulous people.  

I am a regular Bart's customer and take advantage of their pick-up and delivery service. (It costs a little more but is well worth it for convenience.) I had missed my normal pick-up day and drove the bathrobe to Bart's myself. Because repairs take at least a week and due to the Thanksgiving holiday, it took a little while longer to come back. But I was so delighted when I saw it! This is a favorite bathrobe that has had paint on it for many years. I could never get the paint out in the wash. I had laundered it before taking to Bart's for repair and did not request any cleaning. It came back not only with the torn seams repaired, but also with all paint removed! And they only charged for the repair, not for cleaning. I called to tell Bart personally how pleased I was with service above and beyond my expectations!
