I value how trustworthy he was and how the repair looked to match the original fabric. Service was prompt and rates were honest. Would recommend to friends and family and would call for a repair again
- FIBRENEW THREE RIVERSI emailed, and got an immediate response. We set up a day and time, and he arrived when he said he would. I have an eight piece leather sectional which had not been cleaned in a year. He cleaned it beautifully, and cleaned it the proper way. I was always fearful of cleaning it myself, because I didn't want to damage it by using the wrong product or doing it the wrong way. He cleaned it thoroughly and gently. I also had some wear on the seating surfaces, places that the color was worn off the leather, and a few surface scratches from my kids and the dogs. He applied new dye and a finishing sealer coat to these areas. The leather on the sofa looked like brand new. He did a great job. The leather of my car interior needs some attention. I plan on having him clean that too. I was extremely satisfied with the job. I would recommend this company without hesitation

- FIBRENEW THREE RIVERSGreat! The individual I was referred to made about a dozen leather buttons (I needed five) and sewed them on the chair / ottoman combination. He was extremely helpful and very reasonably priced.
- FIBRENEW THREE RIVERSI had an expensive leather recliner which was still in good shape mechanically but very badly faded from ten years in a bright room. Jeff came within a few days of my calling him and gave me an estimate for ''recoloring'' it in whatever color I wanted and estimated that it would take two weeks. He picked it up a few days later when he was in my area with an relatively empty van. It took him a few days longer than the two weeks, but only a few. When he returned it, he also repaired a few minor ''nicks'' in a new leather sofa I had just bought. He did a very good job on the recliner - it looks almost new, but a different color than it was originally. Jeff was very pleasant to work with and handled the whole job in a very professional way. I will definitely use him again if I need such services

- Saddle DoctorEarl is a retired gentleman who does saddle work to keep busy. We had a nice chat.about what he does. There were twelve coners on the two chairs and footstool. A little differnt from his usual task (saddles). Earl took a week to do the job, The first two corners that he did were misaligned. Acceptable if the were on the down side of the chair. However since they were on the top he willing redid them with no complaint

I didn't have any friends or neighbors with any experience in this area so I relied on Angie's List. I found Fibrenew Three Rivers and emailed them. Jeff promptly returned my emails and we emailed back and forth about the couch, price and a date/time. It is so much easier to use email to set this kind of thing up and I was impressed with Jeff's responsiveness. When he got here for our appointment, he immediately impressed me by putting on booties before coming into the house. Right away I sensed this was going to be a quality job. He then examined the couch and told me what he could and could not do; and where he had concerns. One arm was slightly damaged by my dog. He cleaned and conditioned the couch and it looks great. Also educated me on how to take care of leather (without trying to sell me anything)...which was great. He was also very patient with my dog who tried to sit on "his" couch while he was working

IT WAS DONE IN A WEEK, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS QUICK. "First time using this establishments...Was told items would be ready on Monday. Shirts were not ready - clerk said they come in after 3:00. Okay, job on dry cleaning but are priced at double other establishments. Asked how much shirts would be when I come back later...also much more expensive than other local cleaners. They also wanted almost four times the price of other local cleaners to do placemats! Won't use again.
