"I left Tom a voice message, he returned the call the same day and came out the next day (a Sunday) to provide an estimate. He provided a set price for the bedroom repair and wallpapering, but charged an hourly rate for the plaster crack repair. He commenced work approximatetly ten days later. He and his crew were true professionals and were careful to cover all furniture, walls and floors. They cleaned up thorougly after each workday and at the end of the job.
