He & his workers did an excellent job in power washing and scraping our home, which was in bad shape. However, it was the parts of the job that was went above and beyond the scope of our contract that really impressed us. Part of the sideboard to the roof had come apart, which they fixed no charge. There were areas under our porch we hadn't included, they made sure were painted. They cleaned our yard and our neighbor's yard before completing the job. They even replaced missing bulbs in our flood light. They applied 2 coats of topcoat as contracted, when we pointed out a couple areas we thought could use more paint they re-applied more paint. Whenever Mauro was unavailable, his brother, Carlos was on sight to make sure everything ran smoothly or talk to us about the job. The before and after pictures speak for themselves.
