"This is the second time we've had Clear Water Washing come to Miamisburg to clean our windows and screens (May 2026). We tried them last year about this same time and were not disappointed. Same goes for this year. Clear Water is a family-owned business. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. They've got this window washing stuff down to a science. We've got a ton of windows/screens, a couple patio/storm doors, plus a large sunroom with screens. Ronald/owner and his wife/Sarah arrived as scheduled about 9AM and went straight to work. He took care of the outside of the house. She took care of the inside portion. They were completely done in less than three hours. My wife is a real stickler for cleaning--and she couldn't be more pleased. Another exceptional job. We'll have them back again next year for sure. And, their prices a very reasonable to boot. Highly recommend!! (NOTE: They also do gutter cleaning, power-washing, and driveway/sidewalk cleaning.)"

"With the house empty of all the furniture it was obvious that carpet cleaning was needed before we listed the house for sale. The technician upsold me on deep cleaning which double the price. The deep cleaning consisted of spraying an additional product on before the actual cleaning. As I watched I did not see any extra effort around stains or high traffic areas. When finished I could still see all of the stains and traffic patterns we had hoped to eliminate. They were lighter but still there. New carpet is being installed in a week. I feel the carpet cleaning was a waste of time and money."

I felt like I was rushing him because I had to leave by a certain time but he was very clear about what he could complete in the time frame I gave him and he did exactly that. He removed stains from my carpet that have been there for years. I’ve had at-least 2-3 different companies spot clean those areas for me and they didn’t even come close to what he accomplished even after all that time. My carpets look as good as the day they were installed. We also had him clean our large sectional and we are so impressed. The sectional was not stained and we keep it very well maintained but after five years of using it every day it looks and smells brand new. We will definitely be hiring him to do the rest of the areas in our house and I highly recommend him!"
