Creativity and willingness to customize and make our building exactly what we wanted. It went from a basic bare bones pole building to a custom built rough cut lumber lean-to/sitting area add on and an awesome loft that wouldnt have been possible without him helping us build our vision into something special. He did an absolute wonderful job showing me what the issues were underneath the trim, telling me options, even consulted a builder friend of his to confirm the best possible solution. The final result was spectacular and you can tell the care and pride he takes in his work. He was transparent with pricing and what he was going to do, and he asked me several times my opinion about the the work to be done and the appearance.
