"One of the only companies to call me back. Not the best price, but reasonable for the job done. A year ago I added a white marble backsplash in my kitchen. I had updated the electrical in 2005 with a remodel, but we installed beige/almond devices to match the rest of the house. Because the new backsplash is white marble, I wanted white devices to match. I had 23 total outlets/switches, including some GFIC outlets to be changed. Job was supposed to take 3 hours, and I believe he finished a little early. Service technician was polite, clean, thorough and on-time. He covered my new counters with a canvas tarp to protect them and he cleaned each area with a small shop vac as he finished. He did a wonderful job, I'm very pleased. I did supply the devices. I purchased them on my own to make sure I got what I wanted. He even replaced a few cover plates to match the others I already had. Seems I had missed a few in my original sweep after the backsplash was installed. AND, even though the original appointment was on 7/3, he couldn't do the job and would have to come back. He returned the following day, 7/4, even though it was 4th of July, and let me know that they work 24/7 with no extra charge for evenings or weekends. I would highly recommend this company if you need an electrician. I will hire them again if the need arises."

Both ends of the damaged wire were eventually located six feet underground, which is considerable deeper than code requires. Justin David, Mr. Electric’s manager, was here working alongside his men and provided all the support possible to them. He maintained full contact and communication with me throughout the entire process. These men, along with a crew of assistants, are a class act company. They came out as scheduled but it had been raining and they brought out a oversized machine to dig the trench and left my yard a horrible mess. Being new to the neighborhood and not receiving any help from A & J electric I did my best to repair the damage myself and requested compensation to recoup some of the money it cost me and I have been ignored and left hanging with a huge mess. I would not recommend this company unless you can afford to clean up after them."

"It went great. We purchased our home knowing the electrical was outdated. We hired ALR Construction to update our wiring for our whole home. They reran everything along with installing new gfci’s, and dimmer switches. They updated my electrical panel, and breakers. I also had them install a generator to power my whole home in case of a power outage since we live in a rural area. We also had them install and wire a whole home ring camera security system for a 360 degree view around our house. These guys are very professional and friendly. They did an amazing job. Through conversation I discovered Adam had built his house from the ground up and he showed me before and after pictures. I loved his work, and attention to detail. I ending up hiring them not only for upgrading our electrical which he specializes in but also to help remodel our kitchen. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. They replaced all our cabinetry, counter tops, installed a new sink/faucet, dishwasher(which we didn’t originally have), replaced our old counter top range, and wall mounted oven with a new stove.
