They were prompt and efficient and cleaned up after themselves they fixed hinges on my kitchen cabinets, planed a door And replaced and painted the trim around the exterior Door to my garage. They were very professional and we’re servicing me in the mist of the COVID-19 crisis. They practice social distancing so obviously very aware of what was going on around them. "The job was to remove ~ 3inches from the bottom of a cabinet to make room for a new and taller refrigerator. The Kitchen is 40 years old with Formica veneer on the cabinets. Neatnics did a superb job and had all of the tools to perform the job in one setting ( My husband was very impressed with all of the saws he had). When I walked into the kitchen from the garage, I did not even notice the difference in the length of the cabinet. That is how good it looked. The job took 4 hours. I was the one who hired for Neatnics while my husband wanted to get references from our neighbors. "The job went very well. The person that I spoke to in the office, John, was very knowledgeable, reasonable and helpful. I inadvertently sent the deposit to the wrong address. John didn't complain or change our scheduled install date. When I needed to delay the install (wasn't able to prep the site in time), he accepted it without any complaint. They built the shed on time, and didn't let recent rains affect our spot on the schedule. The builder Bob, was very pleasant and did a quick and professional job.
