"The work performed exceeded my expectations. My back landscape beds were done incorrectly when our home was built but it took a couple of years for problems related to this to manifest themselves. I decided to not use the original contracters to correct these problems since they were not helpful when I contacted them and were unresponsive to my concerns, While this clearly isn't right, I didn't want the battle and preferred to go to new landscape service that would offer fresh ideas and were enthusiastic about doing the work! I found the right company in North Shore Landscape, The job foreman, Ryan, offered great solutions to the problems and we were very pleased with the results. We also had about 20 large boulders and assorted shrubs added to a very large mulched transition bed between our back lawn and woods. It looks great. Also on a very positive note, the contractor didn't mind me watching them work through the whole job, commenting frequently and being very involved from start to finish. Not all contractors are comfortable with that. But with this job, the final design decisions had to be done in stages so my constant involvement was needed. It was a great experience and their pricing was very fair for all the work they did. We would hire them again for any future work."

"They were able to come out the same day which was fantastic! The woman who came out was very professional and through. She tested the area in question for wetness then went up to the bathroom to test the area. She told me that unfortunately I would need to probably fix my gutters and drywall to correct the issue but they do not do that type of work. I was very thankful for her advice and regretted that I could not use them for service after they drove all the way to my house. I would definitely use them in the future id anything comes up."
