"We added a "screened-in" porch as part of an addition.  Our contractor suggested single panes of glass and screens, which depending on the season could be installed, removed, and stored.  These single panes would have been too large for us to handle. We would have had to hire someone to install and remove them.  George Minnello and NCE had previously installed new storm doors for us, so we asked him to come out and look over our situation.
George recommended a custom-built screen/window combination.  This consisted of two screens and panes in each opening on tracks.  Both the screens and panes are removable, and can be removed and installed without assistance.  He brought a sample, and we ordered the windows.
The installation took several hours.  These windows and screens suited our needs perfectly and have given us great service for two years."

"Project took a little longer than anticipated (do to weather) but went well. Bob's team replaced two layers of old shingles with new roof. The roofers worked diligently thru high heat and humidity and at the close of the day always cleaned up the yard of nails and excess old roofing. They also covered bushes and plants where necessary. "Dustin at Prime Construction and Flooring did a great job of repairing two patio door frames that had rotting wood at their base (see pictures). He came out and gave a complete assessment of what was going on and his plan to make repairs - along with a quote. When he arrived to do the work he reviewed his plan with us and asked if we had any questions. During his repairs he kept us informed of his progress. While working on the second door frame he uncovered an unexpected situation and suggested two approaches to correct it - giving us the pros and cons of each choice so we could make an informed decision. We were very happy with the completed work (see before and after comparison pictures) and staying within his quote. During his two days of work he arrived on time, kept the work area organized, and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend him."

"The salesman Bob Z was wonderful. Once they had some of my money, things changed. They tried to bypass building permits. The phone call said, we can move the project up three weeks by skipping the building permits. I said no to this. They did comply to my wishes. Two permits were taken out, county and township. However, it took over 5 weeks to get the needed permits. Once demolition and construction began (two months after contract and initial payment), things moved forward slowly. Inspections were not done when they should have been and when building was completed items had to be removed for inspections and then reinstalled. Good business?"
