GREAT experience!  Let me start out by saying - I had a pretty challenging project in renovating a long time neglected property.  .

Fortunately Angie's list connected me with Bob at Northeast Ohio Renovations.  Bob was very patient with me and my limited construction knowledge.  He was genuinely interested in helping me understand the pros and cons associated with my new project and talked me out of spending money that really was not necessary.

Because of Bob?s knowledge, his guidance and especially his competitive price, I gave him the large task of replacing all of the windows in my new home and putting a new roof, gutters and down spouting on three buildings on my property.  Bob and his team did an outstanding job.  They were timely in getting the work completed, very respectful of my home and cleaning up after themselves and absolutely professional in every way. 

I shopped this work and no one could touch Bob?s prices.  The quality of the product used was better than I could get at the local big box stores and did not cost me any extra (especially the windows). 

It is refreshing to know that there are still good business people like Bob out there that care about doing a good job for a good price.  Bob will continue to get more work from me for many years to come."

I changed my mind a number of times and was always treated
with respect .  Every one from Teppo Interiors
demonstrated a desire to go the extra mile in order to give me the altered
result I needed.  Specifically  I used the same ?vanilla ice cream? neutral
paint in  a bathroom, family room and
spare bedroom.   When I was quite confused
by the difference in the finishes (because of the various rooms? lighting),   Kevin worked
with to me to resolve my  to find
solutions.   Upon reflection I stuck with the original
color and had the trim on all the windows and floor boards repainted a bright
white.  I now love the result.   .

"Everything Mike said he would do, he did. The old caulking needed removed first, and that was a lot of prep work, especially on the second story windows. We went a little over the project estimate, but that was due to the amount of prep time it took. No mess was left after the work. Communication was excellent all the way. Highly recommend this handyman to anyone in need of having their windows caulked and exterior foundation painted."

"I took advantage of the $399 special for 16 man hours of work (8 hours of 2-man work). Steve and his assistant did a very good job of removing the old (peeling and mouldy) wallpaper and spackling and painting the walls and woodwork. They were very up front about the what they would be doing and the cost. The special was just for one day and because the spackle had to dry, they had to come back a second day to do the wall and ceiling painting which cost an additional $340. Even though they did not need the full 16 hours to do the wallpaper removal and the spackling, I used part of that time to have them paint all the cabinets, woodwork around the window and bathroom door. Still, I think it was a good deal. We provided the paint (I bought Behr premium paint since it gets the best reviews on Consumer Reports). They did a clean, professional job including the cleanup and I am very happy with how everything turned out. This was a job I could have done myself, but it would have taken me much longer and these guys did a much better job than I could (this is their profession, after all), so it was worth every penny. And the bathroom looks great!"
