"He's meticulous with everything he does. He cleaned and repaired my chimney and put a new cap on. He installed flooring in my kitchen and dining room and installed a new dishwasher, smart range and garbage disposal., and painted the cupboards and walls. He removed moldy insulation and replaced it. He put a new ceiling and light fixtures in my sunroom. He put in 3 new ceiling fans and updated all of my electric outlets to bring everything up to code. He turned this house into a smart home. I've been pleased with his work and find his estimates fair. He's done this little by little over the past year as I didn't have all of the money to do everything all at once. He's also articulate and explains exactly what each job entails. He listens well and is considerate and friendly."
