"Faith Built did an excellent job. They came in and removed all the damaged flooring and cabinets in a day. They had the floor leveled the new flooring down new dishwasher installed, cabinets and counter tops done by the end of the week. Both the crew that did the destruction and the crew that installed the new were very courteous and respectful while in our home. They worked quietly and cleaned up after themselves as they went. I recommend them to anyone needing work done on their house and will be calling them anytime I need additional repairs done on mine."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I recommend Clover Creek Construction to every single person. John was the first to return my phone call for a quote even though he knew it was going to be a smaller job. He listened to exactly what I said I wanted done and stuck to my budget while others tried to sell me on more expensive options- for reference, one other person told me that I was looking at an entire gut job and quoted me $15,000. John promptly sent me the quote and (in October) scheduled our bathroom renovation to begin on January 18. I anticipated that this would mean an approximate start date in the end of January, but John and Brett arrived exactly on time on January 18th. I have never heard of a home project taking less time than projected. In the end, we love our bathroom. There is not a single thing we would change- everything is as we hoped. A month later, everything still looks awesome.

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
