""Mold-like" substance was found during home inspection. As the seller, it was my responsibility to have this corrected. I wanted my home to be in excellent condition for the new owners. I knew this would be pricey, and I though quite messy. Tommy Mayes called me back immediately and scheduled an assessment the next day. Within 4 days they were there and completed the mold remediation job. Tommy and David are truly honest, dependable, reasonably priced and amazing. I worried about the house getting dirty from the work being done in the attic. You couldn't even tell they had been in the house.
