"We chose legacy because they were a young company and wanted to use local. That was a huge mistake. Sure, the furnace works but never have I seen such sloppy work. Had so many leaks coming out of the plenum, the AC isn't level, even after they used white landscaping rocks, which we didn't know they were going to use. Now I have white rocks all in my yard. Just overall disappointed with the entire transaction. Sold themselves, but did not deliver."
