Warranties offered

"I needed work done on my bathroom ceiling. I had dealt with water damage from an old leaky skylight for years where I lived with mold, using Kilz to try and cover it up. Someone told me to give Codi a call so I did. He was polite, courteous, and very professional. I checked out his work online so he got the job. He explained in detail how he was going to fix it. Where he cut it out and replaced it you canâ t even tell. He gave it a nice texture and a nice smooth look up in the skylight. I was very pleased. He also kept the mess to a minimum. The whole bathroom was under plastic, new plastic hung every day. He takes pride in his work. I will use him again. I suggest you check out Bryant Contracting and Transport. Great job Codi."

Small jobs welcome

"This company is absolutely great. The customer service was amazing. His prices were really good. He is a very trustworthy person. He works in a timely manner. All in all, i would give him a 10 outta 10 on the entire service. I would highly recommend this company to many. I've had this company do the gutters on my 3 story A frame house, and he has also done 6 other houses in my family."

"I received a call from Jerry just minutes after placing my add with you. Jerry came to my home, had my dryer working quickly. He is the nicest most professional man I have met. I have had several people to help with repairs. They have never worked out. But I will certainly be hiring Jerry for several repairs and future projects. What a blessing to have met him. I will refer him to everyone I know."

Gutter Repair and Replacement questions, answered by experts

Regular cleaning, checking for leaks, and ensuring that downspouts direct water away from the foundation help prolong gutter life.

If you don't repair your home’s gutter leaks, water or the gutters themselves can damage your home’s siding, roofing, foundation, and landscaping. Untreated leaks encourage mildew, mold, and rot, depending on the type of siding material. The foundation, chimney, window frames, and drywall can also crack over time, leading to costly repairs.

One of the biggest causes of gutter leaks is clogged gutters. If your gutters are full of debris and leaves, water will back up and eventually overflow outside of the gutter. Other common causes of gutter leaks include loosened gutter fasteners, faulty gutter slopes (sagging gutters), separated joints, and cracks or holes.

Yes, many homeowners find that seamless gutters are worth the investment. Although they have a higher upfront cost than standard gutters—an average of $2,700 compared to $2,000—their benefits often outweigh the price difference. Seamless gutters last longer, require less maintenance, and are less prone to clogs and leaks due to having fewer seams. In contrast, standard gutters typically have seams every 10 feet, which can leak and require new sealant every one to five years. Additionally, seamless gutters are considered more aesthetically pleasing, come in a variety of colors to match your home, and can improve your home's curb appeal and potential value.

Unless you've chosen to install underground downspouts, your gutter downspouts shouldn't touch the ground. If they come into contact with the soil or pavement next to your home, rainwater can back up into them during a storm, preventing them from doing their job effectively. Instead, aim to have your downspouts end about 12 inches from the ground.
