"Rodney was very helpful as we wanted a pet fence quickly, so he installed it the next day on a Saturday. I had another fence installed at another house several years ago and witnessed was able to witness both installations personally. I must say I was impressed with Rodney's attention to detail and his price was more competitive. Also, he even called a few days later for a follow up to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommended."

"After taking in 2 of my Uncleâ s dogs after his unexpected passing, we were in need some sort of fencing solution since our new additions were coming from sunny AZ where they had access to the outdoors majority of the day. After asking a community group on fb for recommendations, Dog Guard came strongly recommended. I was sold after one conversation with Heather. She knows her product. They were understanding and patient with our needs and got the ball rolling in no time. Chelsea was fantastic to train with and knew how to work with dogs coming from abuse in their past. So far the dogs are loving their new found freedom and just in time for the warm weather where they can sun-bathe to their heartâ s content."

Animal Fencing questions, answered by experts

To keep animals out, you must prevent them from entering. As long as they can get in, the problem will persist. That said, consider making your attic less inviting using deterrents like motion-activated lights or ultrasonic devices. Additionally, keeping a well-maintained, clean, and uncluttered attic that you regularly inspect for activity may make the space less attractive to critters.

Yes, deer eat grass. But grass is far from a deer’s favorite food. Grass doesn’t have the nutrients deer need, so it only makes up a fraction of their diet. Deer eat woody plants, vegetation, acorns, fruit, and legumes. If deer are frequently in your yard, however, they will likely pick at the grass.

Trapping should be a last resort for getting rid of armadillos from your yard. To reduce the chance of damage, try exclusion techniques, habitat modification, and removal of attractants. No repellents are proven effective against armadillos. Instead, consider fencing, sealing burrow holes, and clearing debris and overgrown shrubs that act as hiding spots. You should also remove easy-to-access food sources, such as fallen fruit.

Cockroaches, ants, flies, bed bugs, and termites are common in business environments.

The cost to hire an exterminator or pest control service is $175 on average, with typical costs ranging from $100 to $500. However, you could spend more depending on several factors, including the type of pest, the size and severity of the infestation, and the number of visits required.

Service costs also vary by frequency:

• One-time service: $300–$550

• Initial visit with ongoing service: $150–$300

• Monthly visits: $40–$70

• Quarterly visits: $100–$300

• Annual visits: $300–$550

The type of pest significantly impacts the price. For example, exterminating spiders typically costs between $100 and $300, while a termite problem can range from $230 to $2,500 or more, depending on the extent of the damage. Routine pest control services can help prevent future infestations and costly damage to your home.
