Although that means the carpet is wet a little longer than others, it is worth it as shampooing seems to do a little better. My basement carpet looked like it needed to be replaced due to the grime. But Don was able to make the carpet shine. Worth whatever the cost for that type of work."

"He arrived on time and was very nice. There was a lot going on in the place (water was everywhere) but he still started working. I was there for the first hour or so that he was so I did hear him cleaning the upstairs carpet. I did leave and trusted he would do what we discussed. I showed up this morning and the floors were definitely clean and the bathrooms were as well. Im not sure if I misunderstood what surface areas meant or not so maybe it’s my fault. To me that means doors, baseboards, etc. All were still very dirty. It’s highly possible he did wipe them and the stuff didn’t come off. I guess my only complaint is we talked about the top fridge and I specifically had a conversation with him and asked if he was going to do that and he said yes he always does the fridge. Sadly when I showed up this morning the top of the fridge was still extremely dirty and so were the sides. Everything he did do was done well."
