I just signed back up with Angies list in June of 2022 as i was too busy last year to handle all the calls. Deal directlywith owner. 1 year warranty on all my work and parts. I have over 15 years of experience as an electrician. We upgrade services, install new circuits, lighting including recessed, hanging, outdoor flood and post lights. Fix electrical issues such as circuit breakers tripping, outlets (such as G.F.C.I.'s not working) or lights not working etc. I install portable generator hook ups (transfer kits) so you can safely hook up a generator safely. Generally, a ceiling fan should be mounted at least seven feet from the floor in the center of your room with a wall clearance of around 18 inches. If your ceiling is more than eight feet high, it’s recommended by experts that the ceiling fan be mounted around eight to nine feet from the ground. This helps ensure a better quality of circulated airflow.

For a 12x12 room, a fan between 36" and 50" will work, as it falls in the range for spaces up to 144 square feet. These size fans provide adequate air circulation and ensure a comfortable environment without being overpowering.
