Very down to earth and knowledgeable. I did not feel they were trying to take advantage of me. They worked and kept me informed at beginning and end of day.Any issues were brought to my attention and we did a walk through of the job when they finished. Everyone was very professional and I was very pleased with the job.

They were fantastic. They enclosed everything that was affected in a plastic room to avoid further damage. Next they filtered the air to the outside while they removed the areas with mold. They bagged up all molded materials and removed it. They only remove the affected areas they do repair what they took out. They did it in way that left things ready for a carpenter to come in and finish the repairs. I highly recommend them, A+ service.

Mold was removed on day one. Attic work completed day two. Fortunately, the mold did not penetrate through the ceiling dry wall. They cleaned it up completely. The attic work was hot and dirty and totally completed by 2 men in 4 hours. The workers were very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves completely. Business owner Bob Bennett is very knowledgeable & his professionalism is reflected in the employees that came to our home. Our church also used this company for a small asbestos clean-up job and it was done very well. I highly recommend this company.

There was one corner that was missed, but there didn't seem to be any mold there. They forgot to plug the dehumidifier back in. It looks alright. The wiping down didn't leave everything as clean as I expected. There is no evidence of any mold.

Chris did the assessment and the repair. He came the day after calling to give me an estimate. He was able to come and do the work within a week, was friendly, professional, worked quickly and addressed all my concerns and questions.

The job went very well, everyone involved were very nice and understanding, always answered all questions that we had. It took them 3 days. they cleaned up very well after themselves, were always on time, every day telling us what the did and why. I would recommend farsight to anybody. Two thumbs up for them! My daughter has asthma and allergies. I am taking her to a natural path. She became ill and had unexplained rashes and the doctors recommended looking into our enviornment because the supplements weren't working. Our doctor recommended a guy at first that found the mold in the furnace, but no where else. He said he was just going to cut wholes in the duct work and wash it. Also, very oddly he said that he was going to bring a big machine in here and zap it! It was going to be $4,000 dollars just for the zapper not including the duct work. I didn't fell comfortable and wanted a second opinion.I called Farsight because I had previously used them for business purposes. He came to my home and not only looked in the furnace, he went in the crawlspace, under the house, etc. He was very thorough. In addition he found mold in other areas that the other company did not. Then he preceeded to tell me that the machine that the other guy was going to use was not good. It gives off a fume that could be harmful to the little one. He said you absolutely cannot just go in and wash mold. When you disturb mold it actually opens the spores and makes it subject to create more. They taped up the entire furnace area with plastic and tape so no air could escape. They had hasmat gear on and attached a huge plastic tube from the contained area all the way outside and a hepa filter in the the tube to prevent mold getting anywhere else or in the air. They cleaned the mold in the duct work, but not until it was completely contained. They did a similiar type of procedure for the mold in the furnace. He actually loaned me a hepavac to wash everything, the sheets, carpets, walls. Because when mold is airbourne it is hazardous. He made me feel like I was in good hands and taken care of. My daughter is doing better. He did follow up with me after all was done. He wanted to know how my daughter was and if I had any questions.
