"We planned on having our kitchen island counter done which is ceramic tile.  When the guy showed up he said they don't do counters, even though the coupon didn't list any such restriction.  Then he said it could be done but he didn't have the right equipment.  We said we would get a refund from Angies's list and let him leave.
I did receive a call from a manager a day or two later and he said they could definitely do it and offered to schedule it.  By that time my wife had researched how to do it herself and we opted not to go ahead.  However they did handle it ok by calling back to make it right and I don't really have any complaints.  They have cleaned our carpets before and always did a pretty good job.

"Showed up a few minutes late. Great communication however as I was on the road and my younger brother had to show him the tasks. Very nice and helpful. Only issue was he spent over 2 hours out looking for a light fixture that would fit this abnormal cutout above sink. This task was not completed. Also the handyman asked to take our used appliances in the garage. I asked him to name a price, he tried to negotiate for them for free. Overall everything else was good and would recommend the company."
