I've been a general contractor since 1980. I am now semi retired and only take on small jobs. I can patch rods but I will not replace the entire roof. I will do light electrical, plumbing siding, and repairs that require only 1 or 2 people.

The original quote was the price I paid, despite the scope of work having to increase multiple times due to more extensive damage than originally expected! Jason was always kind and helpful, from answering my initial call right before he was about to go out of town, to always arriving on time, to making sure I was well informed about what was happening with the bathroom at all times.
