We had Chad and his son install a laminate countertop. He did come on time. The countertop itself was done but the cabinets pulled away from the wall after a few days We also had to pay for a plumber to tighten our faucet afterward as well since it was not done correctly when he pulled the sink and reinstalled it The dishwasher sits crooked and a bracket was found on the floor. I called him afterward to ask him to come out and fix the issues. He came 2 days later and said he could not fix the issues since he glued and nailed the counter to the wall. As far as the gap from the cabinet to the wall he would slap a piece of trim over it to cover it up. I asked him when he could come back and see what he could do to remedy the issues. He gave me a TWO WEEK date July 11 or 12 and they NEVER CALLED OR CAME!!! I would beware of ever using him

He was here when he said he would. He was definitely the right person for the job. He did an excellent job! I strongly recommend him if you want your countertops done! Thank You
