Our Insurance adjuster hired Brad's Company do Water damage clean up in our basement, and were more than pleased with his professional services. His team associates were clean, polite, willing to help us with any details. They took exceptional care of our personal memorabilia and treasures. Additionally, left Air Mover fans extra days to be sure of no mildew because of my health condition. Placed tarps down throughout our hallways to prevent dirt/water transfer to our floors/carpet. We are so impressed with the care and time spent to LISTEN to our needs, we decided to hire them to clean our carpets for an upcoming graduation party. They took care to move our furniture, place protectors under all legs, and never did they leave tracks. Our carpets are 14 years old, so we didn't expect much; but they now look exceptionally nice. A couple other companies over the years would start their pitch by telling us not to expect much on older carpets. Brad's team never remarked any negativism. They were on time, and out of our house in the estimated time frame as originally quoted. We WILL Hire them again! Please consider calling Brad for ANY Cleaning Services.
