I put down a $20,000 deposit for a window order with the owner (Jerry) while he was still with his previous company ? Crown Pointe Roofing & Remodeling. I later found out on Facebook that he had left that company, and when I asked about it, I learned it was due to shady business practices ? specifically, that the company was using one customer?s deposit to pay for another customer?s job. I was even told that they did not have the funds to place my window order at all. He even took the lead installer with him to start his own company. That discovery was enough for me to cancel my order immediately, but my deposit was never refunded. While he may not be the one directly holding the funds, he was absolutely complicit in the events that led to this situation. He knew the kind of practices that were going on, yet continued to take people?s money anyway.

They tore out an old wood deck that had very steep & dangerous steps. They installed a new composite deck that is way better than I ever imagined. They listened to what we wanted & did it exactly. Then we realized we wished we had run the decking all the way to the driveway. They let us know the additional cost & came back out to do the additional decking in a very timely manner. I now have a deck that is even better than I imagined. I love my new composite deck. I have to share that with the original deck project, there was a bit of a timing issue because I was having new windows installed. They not only met the deadline, but they beat it by a couple of days. Then they came back out to do my add-on to my deck within a couple of days of my windows getting finished. What made the whole project even better is they cleaned everything up nicely when they left. They also made sure that I was happy with everything prior to leaving at job completion. I highly recommend this company for your decking needs. It was a wonderful experience working with them.
